Isabella is an accomplished individual with demonstrated success in project coordination, strategic planning, corporate training, teaching, motivating, and directing individuals while maintaining high interest and achievement. She has gained experience in designing organization procedures and controls while working previously at Smart Farmer Magazine.

At the E4Impact Accelerator, she brings forth her managerial skills and experience by coordinating an EU-funded project operating across three agricultural value chains, managing a qualified pool of service providers, and setting up key business processes to ensure the sustainability of the Accelerator in Kenya.
