Who We Are
E4Impact Entrepreneurship Center Kenya (E4Impact Kenya) started as an initiative of E4Impact Foundation offering an MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship in collaboration with Tangaza University. Funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS – Nairobi), the E4Impact Foundation launched the E4Impact Accelerator in 2018; in a bid to create more impact by helping Kenyan businesses grow their enterprises, scale their impact and act as a bridge for local, regional and international markets and investment opportunities. Within a short period, E4Impact was awarded the best Organization supporting impact entrepreneurs in Kenya at the National Green Growth Conference 2018.
Now operating as a Center, E4Impact Kenya runs Acceleration Programs, Incubation Programs and works with partners towards social, environmental and economic impact through Multilateral Projects, Startup, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Initiatives, Training and Consultancies. So far, the Center has worked with over 20 partners and trained over 4,000 entrepreneurs; consequently creating over 24,000 jobs. 73% of the trained entrepreneurs have impact enterprises in place; and over 1700 of the enterprises are women led.
Footprint
With a steadfast commitment to social inclusion and enhancing livelihoods, E4Impact is at the forefront of driving positive change in Kenya. Recognizing the transformative power of entrepreneurship at the grassroots level, E4Impact has strategically established three hubs in Isiolo, Laikipia, and West Pokot.
These hubs serve as catalysts for entrepreneurial interventions, ensuring that impact reaches the populations at the periphery. By embedding inclusivity in our operations, we aim to uplift communities, foster local innovation, and build a more prosperous future for all. Presence in counties:-
