Elishiba Ngugi is the Project Coordinator for EU-funded Building Drought Resilient in Isiolo County. She holds an MBA in Global Business Sustainability from Tangaza University College. She also holds a degree in Business Management and a diploma in Social Work.

Before joining E4Impact, Elishiba worked on USAID-funded projects in the ASALs of Kenya and has worked on different innovation projects and is skilled in SMEs capacity building, project coordination, and management.

Under E4Impact, Elishiba has supported the implementation of different activities including capacity building for input and livestock cooperatives, women in Income Generating Activities, Climate Action, and other Value Chain development activities.

Elishiba has a strong business acumen and she has won several local and global awards in entrepreneurship and innovation. Elishiba joined the E4Impact team in June 2020 in Isiolo County.
